Getting a credit card online with instant approval is very possible. If you need instant credit cards, look for offers stating that you can get an instant approval, an instant decision, or a decision in 60 seconds or less.
Not all of these cards go by the same name, but all of them will give you an immediate decision as soon as you complete their online application.
One interesting thing that I have recently noticed is that just about all credit card companies that offer an online application process, also offer very fast online approvals. Even if they do not mention the words fast approval or instant approval in their advertisement, once you start reading about many of these cards you will see that they are willing to give you an answer very quickly.
This is something that is relatively new as the credit card companies have figured out that if they do not give people an answer quickly, then that customer will likely move on to just complete another credit card offer where they can get a fast approval. To compensate for their loss in business, the majority of these credit card companies offering online applications, will tell you very quickly whether you have been approved or if perhaps they need to do some further investigating before they can issue you in approval.
I happen to know this to be true because this exact situation just happened to me. I was completing an application for an additional instant credit card and they stated that they would give me an approval online while I wait. After I completed the application, I was given a notice that they needed to do further investigation before they could issue a decision. This was all I could find out, so I waited. A letter arrived in the mail a few days later stating that the address on my application did not match the address on one of my credit reports. They wanted to verify this information to make sure that someone was not trying to use my identity without my permission. As soon as I gave them verification that the address I had provided was in fact my real address and that I had actually submitted the application, I then received another letter in the mail a few days later stating that I had been approved.
This is a very good lesson in why a person should always carefully review all of the information on their credit reports. I monitor all of my credit reports on a monthly basis, but I must admit I only look at the items that will affect my credit score. Maybe once a year I take the time to see if the addresses and other information not related to my credit scores are accurate, but this is not something that I look at very often. Needless to say, I immediately contacted that credit bureau and corrected the information that they had on file and all is good.
One word of warning, do not apply for too many instant approval cards, too fast. Doing this can actually hurt your credit score and your chances of getting approved. Take some time reviewing the offers and find the card that you would most prefer to have. Then complete that one application and wait for them to issue you an answer before you move on to another application.
Applying for most fast approval credit cards (also known as instant approval credit cards) can be an unpleasant experience if you do not spend the time to pick the right ones, or at least check out many options. Even if a card does not say instant credit cards, most still offer a decision within a few minutes.
A few years ago, applying for credit cards was so unpleasant that many applicants actually backed out of the registration and enrollment process. That has changed as the card companies understand that people do not want to spend much time on their applications and they also want answers very quickly. Again I want to emphasize that many people do not realize that most credit card companies will issue you a very fast response, even if they don't say "instant credit cards"...as they know you will move to another application if they do not give you a fast answer.
However, the process when applying online is not bad at all. Even those that do not say instant credit cards, generally give you an answer very quickly. After all, they need to issue credit cards so they can make money.
So do not be surprised, because even if the credit card does not advertise immediate approval, you are very likely to see it come back approved within an hour or so. First, there are just so many requirements that you need to prepare before you wish to apply for any credit card, even guaranteed approval credit cards. You would have to know and have things like multiple identification cards, tax records, work verifications, and many others. If you forget one of these things, you would have to start over or just get declined.
Secondly, there is so much paper work that you need to do. This activity is, somehow, the most painful of all because you have to enter the same data over and over again that it becomes seemingly redundant. Of course, if you have a situation like mine where there is inconsistent information on your credit reports from the information you provide on your application, you will need to go through a verification process.
I have not seen a lengthy credit card application online in many years. Most of the applications will rely on the information that they see when they access your credit reports. What I have found is that most applications simply want you to provide your personal information and some information regarding your income. They will then take this information and verify it against what is held at the credit agencies. This is how they are able to issue decisions so quickly.
Most offer a decision in 60 seconds or less and that is why instant credit cards have gained the attention of a huge number of consumers, especially those consumers who have gained good credit scores, or those people who have incredibly impressive borrowing record.
What makes instant decision credit cards more attractive is the fact that they also offer similar things and features as those regular cards. Most offer a decision in 60 seconds or less. Many for example, offer a low introductory interest rate if you will make the decision to transfer money you have from one of your existing credit card accounts to another new one that you are applying for and you have the option to decide at that time or at a later time if you want to transfer your funds.
Moreover, many seeking instant credit cards wish to transfer an amount from one credit card account to another credit card account, but this time to another bank with lower interest rates and fees.
Another interesting thing about these cards is that you can actually make an almost accurate prediction of decisions made by the banks or lenders regarding your personal applications. This is possible because instant decision cards are digitally and electronically connected to the major credit bureaus, that is why you can determine some of the judgments that they will make – like whether they will approve your loan application or not. This applies to those of you taken the time to review your credit reports and know how you stand in the eyes of a creditor.
More importantly, since they have this connection to the credit bureaus, you can be assured that your credit and financial payments will be automatically and regularly reported to those credit bureaus so that your profile will be updated, and your credit score will be able to remain untarnished. You may not know this, but if you do not have more than two credit cards at this time or perhaps have very few lines of credit, obtaining a new credit card will actually increase your credit scores.
Of course, instant decision credit cards (also known as instant credit cards or instant approval cards) are most applicable to people with good credit, as we have already established earlier. If you have bad credit, you would most likely be rejected, unless of course you are applying for a secured credit card.
However, there are some fast approval credit cards for all types of credit, so keep looking. They could be listed as guaranteed approval credit card, credit cards with online approval or instant credit cards for bad credit, but whatever they say, check them out and see if they may work for you. Most offer a decision in 60 seconds or less.
